Full Moon Singing Bowl
Our small Fully hand made 6-7 inch Full Moon Singing Bowls are designed as sound therapy bowls and are of supreme quality comprising a metal mix consistent with vintage singing bowl craft. They are manufactured in Nepal by authentic singing bowl craft men for only two days in each moon cycle, one day either side of a energy rich full moon.
Each bowl includes a silk cushion and although designed as a bowl to be struck with a mallet comes complete with a chunky wand additional to a soft felt finished mallet as pictured. Alternative colour cushions can be replaced by request.
How to play a Singing Bowl?
- Hold the Singing Bowl on the palm of your hand firmly making sure the hand is stretched straight.
- Gently Tap the Singing Bowl with the wooden Mallet
- Put Equal pressure on the rim of the bowl with the mallet and go Round.
- Feel the SOUND and try to connect with the Bowl.
- Do Not Play the Bowl too fast otherwise the Sound Will break.
- Neither play too slow or the bowl will stop playing.
- Stay in between with a BALANCE & MEDITATE.
